13.0 MAINTENANCE

x Check for frayed or bare cables. The machine must not be used if frayed or

bare cables are visible.

x Follow cleaning instructions.

14.0 BULB REPLACEMENT

In the event of a bulb failure, Instructions on how to change a bulb are as follows: -

x Ensure oven is isolated from mains supply and allow to cool.

x Remove screws (4 per light) and take glass off lamp unit.

x Remove bulb by unscrewing anticlockwise and replace with new bulb.

x Refit glass front.

x Re-connect oven and test.

15.0 STEAM SYSTEM MAINTENANCE

x If it is noticed that the steaming operation has deteriated, perhaps due to hard

water scaling, please contact your oven supplier.
